PuppyTrainedRight is not a veterinary medical-record service, and information entered into the application does not replace official veterinary records, diagnosis, treatment or professional veterinary advice.
Photographs and Media
You may upload photographs associated with your puppy.
Additional photo, video and social-sharing capabilities may be introduced in future versions.
Feedback and Support
When you submit beta feedback, communicate with us or contact support, we may collect:

Feedback category
Your message
The area of the application you are commenting on
Information you voluntarily provide in your support request
Please do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information in feedback or support messages.
Technical and Usage Information
When you use our application, website or related services, certain technical information may be collected automatically. Depending on the service and technology being used, this may include:

We do not use puppy health information to independently diagnose medical conditions.

This currently includes Google Firebase services used for functionality such as:

Push-notification infrastructure
We may also use other hosting, communications, analytics, payment, technical or operational service providers where necessary to provide our products and services.
These providers may process or store information on our behalf according to their applicable terms, privacy practices and our arrangements with them.
Information may be processed or stored on servers operated by third-party providers and may, depending on the provider, be located outside your province or country. As a result, information may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is processed or stored.
As PuppyTrainedRight develops, additional service providers may be introduced. Material changes to how personal information is used or disclosed will be reflected in this policy and, where required, appropriate consent will be obtained.

Our website and related web services may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, support account functionality, understand how services are used and provide security or other functionality.

Future versions of PuppyTrainedRight may allow you to choose to share puppy-related content, milestones, achievements, photographs or other information through social-media platforms or other external services.
You control whether you initiate such sharing.
When you choose to share information with an external platform or service, that information will be subject to the privacy practices and terms of that external service.
PuppyTrainedRight does not control how an external service subsequently collects, uses, stores or shares information that you choose to provide to it.
We will not automatically publish your private puppy records to social media without an action or permission authorizing the sharing.
7. Notifications
If you enable notifications, PuppyTrainedRight may send reminders and other app-related notifications according to the features and preferences available to you.
Operating-system permission may be required.
You may decline or disable notifications through your device or available application settings.
8. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, destruction or loss.
Puppy photographs and private puppy records are designed to be associated with authenticated accounts and protected by access controls.
You also play an important role in protecting your account. You should:
Keep your password and account credentials confidential
Avoid sharing your login information with others
Sign out of shared devices when finished
Take reasonable precautions to protect your devices against unauthorized access and malicious software
No method of electronic storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.
9. Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide PuppyTrainedRight, administer our relationship with users, meet legitimate operational requirements and satisfy applicable legal obligations.
We intend to maintain procedures for securely deleting or anonymizing information when it is no longer reasonably required, subject to applicable legal, security, backup and operational requirements.
10. Access, Correction and Deletion
You may request access to or correction of personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable law.
Users may delete their account and associated data through Account Settings, where this functionality is available, or contact puppytrainedright@gmail.com for assistance.
Certain information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate purposes such as fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security, enforcement of agreements or maintaining necessary transaction records.
11. Children's Privacy
PuppyTrainedRight is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
Where age eligibility, parental consent or other protections are required by applicable law, we intend to apply appropriate requirements before knowingly providing services to children who require such consent.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child contrary to applicable requirements, we will take reasonable steps to address or delete the information as appropriate.
