TrainedRight Terms of Use
Terms governing access to TrainedRight apps, web services, education, Marketplace, My Kennel, Shelter tools and related digital services.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of TrainedRight. TrainedRight is operated by Lucky Labs Purebred Dogs Ltd., Ontario, Canada. By creating an account, purchasing digital access or using TrainedRight, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. You may not share, transfer or use an account in a way that bypasses account, subscription, entitlement, usage or security controls. Access to programs, lessons, tools, artificial-intelligence features, professional resources, Marketplace features or kennel-management tools may depend on the plan, purchase, membership, entitlement or usage allowance associated with your account.
2. Educational and informational purpose
TrainedRight provides educational and informational resources relating to puppy raising, dog training, breeding, professional training, service-dog education, kennel management and related dog-care topics. TrainedRight content is not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or treatment, legal advice, medical advice or other regulated professional services. For illness, injury, poisoning, distress or another potentially urgent health concern, contact an appropriate veterinarian or emergency veterinary service. ServiceDogTrainedRight provides education and preparation resources. Completion of TrainedRight content does not, by itself, certify a person as a professional trainer, certify a dog as a service dog, or guarantee legal status, public-access rights, placement or working suitability.
3. Intelligent Trainer
The Intelligent Trainer may provide personalized training information based on questions you submit and the account or dog context available to the feature. AI-generated information may be incomplete or inaccurate for a particular situation, and users remain responsible for evaluating recommendations and using reasonable judgment. The Intelligent Trainer is not a veterinarian, emergency service, lawyer or regulated professional. Medical, urgent or safety-sensitive situations may be redirected away from product recommendations or AI guidance. Usage allowances, plan limits and fair-use protections may apply.
4. Digital purchases, subscriptions and app-based services
TrainedRight may offer one-time digital course access, recurring subscriptions, Intelligent Trainer plans, Marketplace memberships, Treats, boosts, My Kennel subscriptions and other app-based digital products or services. Refunds and cancellations for TrainedRight digital and app-related purchases are governed by the
TrainedRight Refund & Cancellation Policy, together with any mandatory rules of the selling platform and applicable law. For recurring subscriptions, cancellation stops the next renewal. Access normally continues through the
end of the already-paid term unless applicable law or the selling platform requires otherwise.
5. PuppyTrainedRight webstore purchases
Physical products purchased through the PuppyTrainedRight webstore are governed by the existing PuppyTrainedRight website purchase, shipping, return and refund policies - not by the TrainedRight digital/app refund policy. The website and app policies remain separate because the webstore sells physical merchandise, while TrainedRight provides digital access, subscriptions and app-based services.
6. Marketplace
TrainedRight Marketplace may help users discover products, breeders, trainers, groomers and other dogrelated service providers. Unless TrainedRight or Lucky Labs Purebred Dogs Ltd. is expressly identified as the seller or service provider, third-party providers are independent and responsible for their own listings, services, qualifications, representations, pricing and customer relationships. Marketplace review, moderation, listing approval, badges or verification processes do not guarantee that a provider or service will be suitable for every user. Users should independently evaluate third-party providers before entering into an agreement or purchasing a service. TrainedRight may reject, restrict, suspend or remove Marketplace content when reasonably necessary for safety, policy compliance, integrity or platform operation.
7. My Kennel
My Kennel provides organizational and management tools for breeders and kennel operators. Users are responsible for the accuracy of records they enter and for complying with applicable laws, contracts, privacy obligations, breeding obligations and recordkeeping requirements. TrainedRight does not guarantee breeding outcomes, health outcomes, litter outcomes, placement outcomes or regulatory compliance.
8. Shelter and rescue features
Shelter and rescue tools may allow approved organizations to publish information about dogs available for adoption and may allow users to share eligible listings. Organizations submitting information are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is accurate, authorized and appropriate for public display. Public Share and QR features are intended only for listings that meet current TrainedRight eligibility rules. Private account, kennel and non-public Shelter information is not intended for public display.
9. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights reasonably necessary for TrainedRight and its service providers to store, process, transmit and display that content in order to provide the features you request. You must not upload content you do not have the right to use.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use TrainedRight for fraud, harassment, unlawful activity, unauthorized access, payment abuse, account sharing intended to bypass entitlements, deliberate misuse of AI services, interference with system security, or submission of deliberately false or harmful public information.
11. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, TrainedRight software, branding, original educational content, graphics, course materials, templates and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Lucky Labs Purebred Dogs Ltd. Access does not transfer ownership. Content may not be copied, resold, republished, distributed
or commercially exploited except where expressly permitted.
12. Availability, updates and account restrictions
TrainedRight may update, improve, replace, restrict or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security, service-provider outages or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access may be suspended or restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users, security, payment integrity, system reliability or compliance with these Terms.
13. Third-party services and links
TrainedRight may link to third-party websites, products, payment platforms or service providers. Thirdparty terms and privacy practices may apply to those services. A link or referral does not transfer responsibility for the third party's independent services or policies to TrainedRight.
14. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TrainedRight and Lucky Labs Purebred Dogs Ltd. are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, third-party services, user-submitted information, AI-generated information or reliance on educational materials. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, subject to any mandatory consumerprotection, privacy or other rights that apply to you.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as TrainedRight changes. Material revisions will be reflected through an updated effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
