How TrainedRight collects, uses, protects and manages information across the app, browser
experience and related services.

Lucky Labs Purebred Dogs Ltd. respects the privacy of TrainedRight users. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, processed, disclosed and protected when you use TrainedRight. The exact information involved depends on which TrainedRight features you choose to use.

1.  Scope
   
   This policy applies to TrainedRight digital services, including PuppyTrainedRight, BreederTrainedRight, TrainerTrainedRight, ServiceDogTrainedRight, Intelligent Trainer, Marketplace, My Kennel, Shelter and rescue features, and the TrainedRight browser/mobile application experience. Physical purchases made through the PuppyTrainedRight webstore remain subject to the website's own privacy, purchase and store policies as applicable to that transaction.
   
   
2. Information we may collect
   
   1. Account information, such as name, email address, authentication status and account preferences.
   2. Dog information you choose to provide, such as name, age or birthday, sex, weight, photos, training information and related profile details.
   3. Training information, including lesson progress, completion records and related activity.
   4. Puppy-management information, including toilet-training events and growth/weight records.
   5. Intelligent Trainer information, including questions you submit, relevant dog/account context used by the feature, and generated responses.
   6. Breeder and kennel-management information entered into My Kennel.
   7. Marketplace information, including provider applications, profiles, listings and moderation records.
   8. Shelter and rescue information, including organization records, dog listings and information specifically approved for public display.
   9. Purchase, subscription, Treat, boost and entitlement information associated with app-based digital services.
   10. Technical and security information needed to operate the service, such as application/device information, error information, authentication events and security logs.
       
       
3. How we use information
   
   Information may be used to provide and personalize TrainedRight features; authenticate users; maintain account and dog records; track course progress; operate Intelligent Trainer; administer subscriptions, Treats and entitlements; support Marketplace, My Kennel and Shelter functionality; provide customer support; protect security; prevent abuse; troubleshoot errors; and improve service reliability. We aim to limit the collection and use of personal information to purposes that are reasonably connected to operating, securing and improving the services you request.
   
   
4. Intelligent Trainer and AI processing
   
   Questions submitted to Intelligent Trainer may be processed by AI-related service providers as necessary to generate a response. Users should avoid entering unnecessary highly sensitive personal information in free-text prompts. Intelligent Trainer should not be used as a substitute for confidential communications with a veterinarian, lawyer, doctor or other regulated professional. TrainedRight may apply safeguards that suppress commercial recommendations or redirect users when a prompt appears medical, urgent or safety-sensitive.
   
   
   
5. Public information
   
   Some TrainedRight features are intentionally public-facing. Examples may include approved Marketplace listings, provider profiles, breeder listings and eligible Shelter or rescue dog listings. Only information intended and authorized for public display should be submitted to public-facing fields. Private account data, private My Kennel records, non-public Shelter information and other restricted records are not intended to become public merely because TrainedRight also contains public features.
   
   
6. Service providers and processing locations
   
   TrainedRight may use third-party service providers for cloud hosting, authentication, databases, AI processing, payment processing, email delivery, error monitoring and application distribution. Information may be processed by those providers only as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable service. Some service providers may process or store information outside Ontario or outside Canada. Information processed in another jurisdiction may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
   
   
7. Payments and entitlements
   
   Where payments are enabled, transactions may be processed by the applicable payment provider, app store or selling platform. TrainedRight may receive transaction status, subscription or entitlement information necessary to provide purchased access. The payment provider or selling platform may apply its own privacy terms.
   
   
8. Cookies, local storage and similar technologies
   
   The TrainedRight browser experience may use cookies, browser storage or similar technologies when reasonably necessary for authentication, session continuity, security, preferences and core application functionality. Any optional analytics or marketing technologies should be implemented and disclosed consistently with applicable consent requirements.
   
   
9.  Retention
   
   Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to operate and secure TrainedRight, to maintain legitimate transaction or audit records, to resolve disputes, and where required by law or contractual obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and feature.
   
   
10. Security
    
    TrainedRight uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration or loss. No electronic system can guarantee absolute security.
    
    
11. Your choices, access and correction
    
    You may contact us to ask questions about personal information associated with your account or to request correction of inaccurate information. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may also have rights relating to access, withdrawal of consent, deletion or complaint.
    
    
12. Account deletion and data requests
    
    Where account-deletion functionality is available, users may use the provided account tools. Users may also contact support regarding account or privacy requests. Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations or dispute resolution.
    
    
13. Children and minors
    
    TrainedRight is intended for individuals who are legally able to enter into the applicable agreement or who use the service with appropriate parent or guardian involvement. Users should not submit unnecessary personal information about minors.
    
    
14. Changes to this policy
    
    We may update this Privacy Policy as TrainedRight changes. Material revisions will be reflected through an updated effective date and, where appropriate, additional notice.
